Diamond Four Point
The hard work and dedication shown by the ladies of Phi Chapter has paid off this year with the awarding of the Diamond 4-Point to our Chapter.  The Diamond 4-Point is an award given to ADPi Chapters that meet certain over-all performance criteria.  The award is one of the Sorority's highest Chapter honors.

Achievement in Recruitment
Those Chapters that show evidence of programming changes and worshops that lead to improvement in recruitment are given this award.

Scholastic Excellence
This award is given to those Chapters whose membership has maintained a 3.0 GPA or higher during all grading periods for the past two academic years.

Achievement in Member Education
This award recognizes Chapters that make changes in programming and implementation that led to progress in the education of Chapter membership.

Achivement in New Member Education
Chapters that make changes in programming and implementation that led to progress in the education of new members are given this honor.

Outstanding Alumna
In addition to the awards above (and other honors), Alpha Delta Pi also recognizes contributions made by alumnae to their communities, their professions, and to the Sorority.  This year's recipient of the Outstanding Contribution in Profession award was Phi's very own Joan Phillips Leitzel.

Phi Chapter could not have achieved these honors without the hard work of each of our Sisters.  Violets to you all!
